This way, not only is an updated value of the belongings ensured, but different investments that the owners made are protected; and a total financial control is maintained.

Finacio S.A. is in charge of the protection and publicity of the properties until the sale is formalized and legitimized. If the sale of the property is the goal, we will personally attend potential clients and keep contact with them. If that is not the case, we will administer the property for as long as the customer desires to do so.

Likewise and in the event that the customer require a finance agreement in better conditions for the purchase, as long as the customer is credit-subjected from the National Financial System in Costa Rica.

FINACIO, S.A. through its Fiduciary Department, offers facilities for the joint investment, meaning to integrat two or more investors interested on development projects implementation.

Finacio S.A. has a permanent inventory of properties on diverse locations, of a wide nature and utility; which makes negotiations between clients much easier, and also allows it to be a known of the conditions in different markets.
